What is a digital certificate?
A digital certificate records an issuer-authorised achievement. A verifiable format retains issuer, recipient and award information and supports integrity checks. A link or QR code provides access; it is not by itself proof of authenticity.
What makes a signed certificate tamper-evident?
Changing signed data causes cryptographic verification to fail when checked. Verification still requires the relevant issuer, key and status resources. Plan export, retention and continuity; a hosted link alone does not guarantee verification if services become unavailable.
How quickly can I issue digital certificates in bulk?
